Information we collect
When you submit a request for quote or contact information, AIM Industrial may collect your name, company, email address, phone number, project information, technical requirements, delivery information, and any file link you choose to provide. The site may also receive ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and request timestamps from hosting and security providers.
How information is used
Information is used to review inquiries, communicate about manufacturing or sourcing requirements, prepare or coordinate quotes, evaluate supplier and production options, protect the website, maintain business records, and comply with applicable obligations.
Service providers
The website is intended to be hosted through Cloudflare. RFQ submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered to AIM Industrial. Those providers may process technical and form information under their own terms and privacy practices. Links you provide may be handled by the file-sharing provider you selected.
Retention
AIM Industrial retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the request, manage a business relationship, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Formspree’s free plan stores submission history for a limited period set by Formspree.
Your choices
You may choose not to submit the RFQ form. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, use the contact method AIM Industrial provides in its response to you. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes.
Security and sensitive information
AIM Industrial uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is guaranteed secure. Do not submit export-controlled, classified, controlled-unclassified, credential, financial-account, health, or other restricted information through the public RFQ form unless an approved handling method has been established in advance.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as the website, service providers, and business practices change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
