Website terms.

Terms for using the AIM Industrial website and submitting project information.

Effective August 18, 2026. These terms are a practical website draft and should be reviewed against AIM Industrial’s final customer, supplier, and legal terms before launch.

Informational use

This website provides general information about AIM Industrial Works, a registered fictitious name of JS Business & Services LLC. Website content is not engineering, legal, customs, compliance, tax, or other professional advice.

Requests, quotes, and orders

Submitting a form does not create a quotation, purchase order, confidentiality agreement, production commitment, or other binding commercial obligation. Any work is subject to a separate written quote, order acknowledgment, contract, or other transaction document accepted by the applicable parties.

Website content and capabilities

Descriptions of capabilities and industries are general. They do not guarantee that a particular material, process, tolerance, certification, schedule, source, location, or outcome is available or suitable for a specific project. Final requirements must be confirmed in writing.

Information you submit

You represent that you are authorized to provide submitted information and that doing so does not violate another party’s rights or obligations. Do not submit restricted or highly sensitive information through the public form. A confidentiality obligation exists only if established in a separate written agreement.

Third-party services and links

The site may rely on or link to third-party services, including Cloudflare, Formspree, and user-selected file-sharing providers. AIM Industrial does not control the availability, security, terms, or content of third-party services.

Availability and limitation

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, AIM Industrial disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, and the completeness of general website information. Commercial responsibilities are governed by the applicable written transaction documents.

Changes

AIM Industrial may revise the website and these terms. Continued use after published changes indicates acceptance of the revised website terms.
